Are the results of the investigations by the Oversight Department of the CTIVD made public?

The Oversight Department of the CTIVD always publishes a public report about its investigation in which it describes its findings. It explains how the applicable rules should be interpreted in practice. It also assesses whether the AIVD and the MIVD have acted accordingly. If that is not the case, the Oversight Department of the CTIVD will indicate this in its public report.
