What kind of issues does the Committee investigate?

These include:

• the exercise of special powers such as the power to tap and to deploy agents;
• the cooperation with foreign intelligence and security services;
• or the provision of information to the Public Prosecution Office, the Immigration and Naturalisation Service or other agencies which may react by taking measures.
