Annual report 2014-2015
The English translation of the annual report 2014-2015 was made available on 8 june 2015.
In this years’ annual report the Committee has addressed a number of current issues such as the expected draft bill for amendment of the Intelligence and Security Services Act 2002, the matter of secrecy versus transparency and the assessment framework for intercepting the communications of confidential professionals (e.g. doctors or lawyers). As usual, the report also gives an oversight of the Committee’s ongoing and completed investigations and the complaints the Committee has handled in the reporting year.”
