Annual report CTIVD 2016
The CTIVD published her annual report on 26 April 2017. This year’s report provides an oversight of the Committee’s ongoing and completed investigations, as well as the complaints the Committee has handled in the reporting year.
In her annual report, the CTIVD also examines the effectiveness of her oversight and addresses the new bill for Intelligence and Security Services. The bill has been adopted by the Senate on 11 July 2017. The new Intelligence and Security Services Act is due to come into effect on 1 January 2018.
