Review report 24 on the performance by the AIVD of the obligation to notify

The Review Committee conducted an investigation into the lawfulness of the performance of the obligation to notify by the General Intelligence and Security Service (AIVD). This obligation to notify became effective in 2007, five years after the ISS Act 2002 came into effect. The Review Committee looked at the notification decisions taken between May 2007 and November 2009. The subsequent review report was published in 2010.
